Located 130km south of Hanoi in Ninh Binh province, Cuc Phuong National Park and the surroundings make a perfect trip. Recognized the first National park in 1962, Cuc Phuong is now an important nature reserve and ecosystem with peaks of over 600 meters.
The Park also has an important Endangered Primate Rescue Center and a Turtle Conservation Center. It is the home to other rare and critically endangered mammals.
08:00 Tour guide & car pick you up at your hotel then depart for Cuc Phuong National Park. On the way, you have 20 minutes short break to relax and find a restroom.
10:30 Arrive at the park gate. Continue the tour to the center of the park. Start your trek into the jungle. Half way trekking, you reach a giant tree Cho Chi of thousands years old. Finish the trek you have lunch at a restaurant in the center of the park.
14:00 Visit the mysterious Prehistoric Man cave (you must bring a flash light) and then Endangered Primate Rescue Centre to learn about the important work being done to help protect the endangered species of the park. Relax a few minutes and ready for a drive back to Hanoi.
18:00 Arrive back in Hanoi. Tour ends.
